Who cares?
Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the wonderfully foggy, mild, misty, marvelous and quite mysterious island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on a truly haunting early afternoon here on little old Cape Cod… The fog is deep and dark with the pale greenish moss on bare Elm tree limbs glowing in this raw, dim, rare light;
quite a sight…
Indeed, quite mild day for The Twenty-Eighth Day of January, 2018, begging the question, where is the ‘time’ flying to? Of course, Liam Neeson, Ireland’s favorite son/part time ‘actor’ and full time late night stand up comic, is fond of claiming on the silver screen,
“…there’s no time!”
Quite accurate, as ‘time’, per say, is nothing more than a man made construct.
After all, it’s all about control;
POWER.
The old saying, ‘time is money’ makes more sense in this light, For if one controls money, ‘owns’ most of ‘it’, creating scarcity, that person can ‘hire’ other people to ‘work’ for ‘it’, taking all of their ‘time’. Natural time.
Slavery.
Much like the construct of this mad world WE find ourselves living in today. When one has a ‘president’ from the mighty US of A taking ‘time’ from a ‘busy?’ schedule? to hob nob with ‘his people’ in bloody Davos, Switzerland, while the, oh, wait a minute, I gave up politics like crack and alcohol, so, here’s to ya Donald Trump! You go girl! Your brand of the illusion is far funnier than I, or anyone else with half a brain and/or sense of humor could have possibly hoped for.
Are their aliens? Who cares? Pass the caviar and non-alcoholic champagne! I don’t care. This whole GMO thing? Who cares? We love GMO’s and Chem-trials, I mean contrails for that matter! Woman demanding equality? Who cares! Let the broads march! The Afghanistan War starting back up again? Who cares! Just build me that ‘dang fence (credit: Arizona’s outstanding Republican Senator John McCain), so that “I” get two things accomplished before this whole “Russia thing” get’s out of hand…
