Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the sunny, breezy, balmy, beautiful island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on this perfect Thanksgiving morning here at the Hyannis Harbor, the 26th day of November, 2015. Safe to say that the image you SEA above deck is a mirror of what this reporter is observing at this ten o’clock hour, a perfect sailing day if there ever was one, and I imagine that the spirit of both Teddy Kennedy and Walter Cronkite are embracing that concept at this every moment…
There is little doubt that WE all share a common human connection with the little recognized emotion of Gratitude. Even if it is not clear in one’s own ’set and setting’. Gratitude opens up channels in our hearts, minds and souls, connecting US to the reality that WE are all ONE. Thus, you are never really alone. WE are all part of One Infinite Consciousness that transcends ALL ‘barriers’ such as hate, intolerance and war. Eventually, the human race will wake up to the FACT that living a life of love, peace, joy, ecstasy, and harmony is infinitely better that what we have today.
Cheers! to all hard working American people who could use a break in this day and age of greed run a muck… Perhaps one day actually being represented by people who give a damn about what this holiday is really all about.
