Summer calling!
Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the sunny, brisk, breezy island of Nantucket! Great to be with you and yours on this Friday morning, the 24th day of April, 2015, coming to you LIVE here at the Hyannis Harbor–“Ahoy!”–as we all watch the “Eagle” come in for a landing from the mighty island of Nantucket, a giant ferry filled with cars, truck, tourists, locals and wanderers alike, all bound for “the mainland”, this little sand bar created 11,500 years ago be the “Last Great Ice Age…” So come on down and visit, for no where on planet earth can you witness the ghosts of democracy, when it was a cause worth fighting for, yes indeed, these hallowed shores will remind one of why we fought that Revolutionary War to begin with, fighting tyranny in all it’s forms. Doesn’t it say something about that in the Constitution?
If you are interested in this ’sort’ of thing, you know, democracy with that little letter ‘d’, you may just want to book a tour of this tiny hamlet. For who knows, this may just become just another ride at “Disneyland”; democracy fading into the sunset, becoming the ‘fantasy land’ it seems to have already become.
