Snow Boat

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the great island of Nantucket!!  So good to be with you on this very snowy day here in Osterville, Massachusetts, a stone’s throw away from the great Hamlet of Hyannisport, where, some long ago day, the Kennedy family was doing what we are all doing right now, “just freaking out” on how to get that last Christmas card in the mail… We have received about 4 inches thus far from a powerful ocean storm that missed the often battered New England coast, who has seen more of it’s fair share of the increasing climate change that keeps us ALL honest.  On this twentieth day of December, 2010, I bid you and yours a fair and fine adieu, and, as WE, at least in the media, take a break from the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, and perhaps, take in a Christmas stroll from Nantucket to Chatham, if you ever wish to  visit this “neck of the woods” during this amazing season in the very best part of America, forgive my bias, I pray that WE, those in the KNOW, take that time to realize what WE can collectively do to change the hearts and minds of America.  For, as WE all know, WE live in a media circus, where finding FACT and deciphering it from FICTION is not only a full time job, but one that needs to be done now, more than ever.  Not to sound overly dramatic, and to quote Mr. Eddie Murphy, “would it kill us to give a blanket who needs one?”  Linus never thought so. Have a wonderful day and keep the faith, for, in the end, that is all we really have, that, and EACHOTHER. PRESERVE THE WILDERNESS! Peace~M
