Sampon’s Glacier
On a frigid morning, now a little after noon here in Osterville, I took this shot from “the cut” at the end of Seaview Drive. On the other side of this channel is “Sampson’s Island”, where many who live in the area sail and have lunch or just relax for the day. However, on a cold January day like this one, the only residents enjoying themselves are the seagulls. The notable glacier of ice that has formed at the top of the bluff to the left of the picture is one of note, as it is always good to see one form as opposed to melt. Have a wonderful Monday and upcoming week! Peace~ M
