As the death count continues to rise due to ‘COVID-19′, now surpassing those whose lives were lost in the tragic and deceiving Vietnam War, 1965-1975, many are asking how bad will it get during what most experts are calling in a giant second wave come the Fall? Will it be akin to those military ’advisors’ on the ground and in the air, ’shoring up’ South Vietnamese forces living under a brutal dictator, and facing a communist financed threat to the split nation state called North Vietnam, home to the dreaded Viet Cong?
Ever reminding ourselves that war is a racket, i.e. lots and lots of money to be made by those pulling the strings, yes, that all aside, with 62,000 dead, 1.1 million cases of COVID in the U.S., it is clear this ‘new normal’ is here to stay. If this is a war, who is winning?
This nation will never be the same again…
Many wheels in motion, such as the coming attraction, or distraction of another national election to determine who will be our next ‘Commander-in-Chief’. Will it be a repeat of the disaster known as ’Da Donald’? Or will familiar, good natured, Pennsylvania bred, everyday working man’s hero Joe Biden win the day? Joe Biden of course, former VP to President Obama ‘, begging the question, will he save’ the day? Ushering in not only a forced vaccine, but somehow turn this country around again economically, socially and spirtually, bringing prosperity and joyous,
redemption and reunions for all?
On “Morning Joe” this a.m., only on MSNBC, , Joe Biden will be interviewed by these fine reporters as to the validity of sexual misconduct back in 1993, where allegedly Biden used inappropriate protocol when offering his affection to a woman in a private hallway in the building where the U.S, ’sleepy’ Senate ‘does it’s thing’…
Or lack therein…
Yes here we all are at the beginning of the beautiful month of May, with yet another distraction to confuse and irritate the electorate when there is so much more to tackle in a Republic that could be on the verge of another Great Depression.
We should be investigating ‘men’, mice rather, like Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, who told reporters recently,
“…I won’t give another thin dime to these danm blue states, no sir! We gave ‘em enough for this virus problem and that is all we are going to give them. We are not in the business of helping them out with their poor decisions of the past, so let ‘em go bankrupt like the banks, oh, wait, strike that, we will always bail out the banks. Let me be clear, most of these monies will go to worthless programs designed to help the poor, the working poor, the crumbling middle class, real infrastructure creation, better medical care, improving senior citizens lives, more SNAP benefits, perhaps even Medicare for all, so that we don’t leave anyone behind. Did I leave anything out?”
