Play Ball!

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 9:50 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the once again snowing (steadily), very cold, gray and rather bleak island of Nantucket! Great to be with you and yours once again on this winter wonderland disguised as a quaint sand bar created some 11,500 years ago by ‘The Last Great Ice Age’…, an age that may be making a come back?  It is a Monday, 9:33 a.m. on the east coast of America, a country worth saving, and it is the Fourth Day of April, 2016.  At least that is what Reuters told this humble reporter ‘down on the docks’ of Historic Hyannis Harbor on a day that looks more like November than this merry month of April…

That recent snow in the Caribbean should cause no concerns, please go about your shopping and obey your I-phone and or many other electronic collars provided for you at the nominal fee of half your slave wage ’salary’ for the month…

or should it?

“is the media hiding the truth?”

Don’t be silly you blind, stupid, fat, drunk, drugged (by design), ignorant, uneducated, uninformed (by design), indoctrinated, dumb-ed down (by design), asleep, controlled rabbit/sheep/slave robot! I mean American ‘citizen’…

SILENCE!

It’s opening day for the Boston Red Sox!  That’s right Cleveland is calling for snow as well, so get you mitt, cap, snow shovel and winter coat and head on out to the ball park!  Politics?  In the immortal words of one Keith Olbermann–former anchor of the famous “Countdown, with Keith Olbermann” (or infamous if you are “Billo the Clown” (please SEA: FOX “news” Bill O’Reilly’s dictatorial literal talking points memo from hell on said propaganda network de jour named “The Factor” for more seating ‘information’…), yes, as the old batting champion from MSNBC and “Current TV” said before the ‘powers that be’ ran him out of the business for good a few years back, said of this glorified hor$e$hit the profession of politics has devolved into (synonymous with the world’s oldest profession now “GLOBALLY”), at least “…that’s how it is” (credit: the late, great anchor Walter Cronkite of CBS many, many moons ago…), in this early part of the 21st century,

“…politics?  What’s that?”

I rest my case your honor.

Have a great week ahead America!

PRESERVE THE WILDERNESS! Peace~M
