Peace on Earth
Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the cool, sunny, breezy island of Nantucket! Great to be with you and yours on this Saturday morning, the seventh day of April, 2012, as Passover and Easter services are being held all over the world, culminating in the celebration of Easter Sunday tomorrow, a day to reflect on unity and rebirth; redemption and Love…good news for all. Wandering around Cape Cod in the early morning hours, one can sea more than one bargains for, if one’s eyes are open, devoid of negative ‘thinking’ patterns that seem to plague US everyday. We are so plugged in to electronic devices, the ‘thought’ of going on a nature walk of some kind meets all kinds of resistance, as the mind reminds you ‘how old you are’, or, ‘how hot or cold it may be outside’, but if you can fight through that nonsense and get out there, losing oneself to the miracle of LIFE all around you, reminding yourself deep within–beyond your ‘thinking’ patterns–that you are not alone on this little blue rock spinning around in a seemingly empty and cold universe, with no rhyme, nor reason, no, there is something much greater at work here. For ‘it’ does not toil or spin, like so many politicians or advertisement executives attempting to sell you something you most definitely don’t want to buy, no, it gently, but with great strength, brings you back to where you really wanted to be all along–at peace with yourself. And by being at peace with yourself, you are, by natural LAW, at peace with everything else around you. Isn’t that what we ALL want? Have a blessed day and Easter, even if you don’t believe in the Easter Bunny. It may just surprise you that ‘he’ believes in you. PRESERVE THE WILDERNESS! Peace~M
