Out to SEA

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 8:37 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the warm, inviting, sunny island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on this Sunday morning, the sixth day of May, 2012, a day to be cherished, as the flowers are all in full bloom, the birds are singing and the dolphins and whales are a swimmin’ on and about this little sand bar created 11,500 years ago by the Last Great Ice Age, an age that carved this magnificent piece of ‘property’ known ’round these here parts as ‘the Cape and islands’, a special nook of solace in a world that has clearly gone quite insane…  Looking about at the good folks who walk this planet with US everyday, you get the feeling that things could be better if WE all took a good hard look at who WE wish to represent ALL of US, with real eyes, coming to comprehend just how precious ALL of this bounty really IS.  For ALL who make up this so called country of ONE, a country that was founded not upon the ‘Almighty Dollar’, rather upon the concept of Liberty, Justice and that pursuit of Happiness, in a free and FAIR democracy, democracy with that little letter ‘d’, and SEA that what WE, collectively, as a nation truly have to offer the world. In the end, it is not about your bank account, rather, it is about the Love you made–that IS what you will take when all is said and done. Have a nice day.  PRESERVE THE WILDERNESS! Peace~M
