November Sun
Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the sunny island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on this Tuesday morning, the first day of November, 2011, a dark morning at present, as the sun has not yet made it’s appearance, but, according to Thompson-Reuters, it should be up momentarily. It has been an entertaining few days with the republicans on the old campaign trail, and this reporter will just let gravity do it’s work, for EVERYTHING will come out in the wash in this day and age of complete and total TRANSPARENCY. With all that is going on with the “Occupy” movement around the world now, it will become increasingly difficult for bad political actors to continue spoon feeding ‘the American People’ (credit Mitch, ‘the mouse’, McConnell, along with that fine republican Senator’s favorite corporate talking point, issued, as always, from the great state of Kentucky), the proverbial horse$hit they have become accustomed to feeding said grouping of gullible and honest peoples, for they are truly beginning, some quickly, some slowly, to WAKE UP and smell that proverbial coffee, coffee sometimes served on “Morning Joe”, with Mika and Joe, Mike and Willie, the only morning show worth watching on the idiot box, an MSNBC product, brewed, of course, by Cotuit Market, right here in little old Cape Cod, or sometimes, by Captain Starbuck (co-founder of Starbucks Coffee, ironically based in Seattle, Washington) himself, who was, as we all know, an actual human being who lived during a MUCH simpler time, you know, when we still had a Continental Congress and the British were our most pressing concern. Have a wonderful day and week ahead folks, keeping in mind that the only thing in Washington D.C. that needs to be changed is, in a word, EVERYTHING–’good luck storming the castle boys!’… PRESERVE THE WILDERNESS!
