Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the windy, rainy island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on this Wednesday morning, the thirtieth day of November, 2011, very early, four a.m., coming to you LIVE from the rain soaked shores of Cotuit, a quaint, small, old Cape town of wood, wind and ocean… “What can I tell you…”, in the immortal words of the once great comedian, and quite possibly could be again, Dennis Miller, about this insane world we all seem to be living in these days, other than our former Secretary of the Treasury, Hank Paulson, also former CEO of Goldman Sachs, is a scumbag and a liar. Yesterday, Bloomberg News came out with a story that you must Google for yourself to believe, for it was the man with the three page plan who told all of his buddies that Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, the two housing giants, were about to go belly up back before the 2008 meltdown, bringing this whole rigged game full circle, even if most of America is blind, deaf and dumb to the whole fiasco that has New York and Washington looking more and more like Siamese twins everyday. This is exactly what “Occupy Wall Street” is all about, and even though it may not be gaining the crack like headlines of late, although it should, it is gaining traction every day by virtue of the FACT that it is an idea, organic in nature, with it’s core wrapped around the ‘flag’ of Justice, equality, fairness, and humanity, you know, wrapped around the whole notion Jesus once spoke of concerning ‘building your house on bedrock‘, as opposed to ‘sand‘, for WE all know that “sand” is defined by Jesus as lies, innuendo, stealing, cheating, well, take your pick of any of the seven deadly sins and you get the idea. That is precisely why the republican party is in such FEAR. They may have the guns, the crazies and the mean spiritedness backing them up, but, in the end, their ‘house’, a metaphor for their SOUL, will have been built on those aforementioned ‘family values’, and thus, will suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune when that ‘house’ is ushered off into the sea, as the foundation was never rooted in the goodness of bedrock that allows one to sleep well at night. We all have to meet our maker someday and there will be no place to hide at ‘that juncture’… Ron Wyden, the fine Senator from the great state of Oregon appeared on the venerable “Countdown, with Keith Olbermann”, airing every week night at eight p.m., eastern standard, re-airing again at 11, 2 a.m., 7, noon and three the next day, only on Current TV, show last night to discuss the plutocrats’ final power play grab (as in a bill introduced recently to Congress, H.R. 3261), that seeks to severely restrict, cloaked in the guise of ‘protecting copyright law and piracy’, free speech and commerce, commerce, according to a Google spokesperson yesterday at a Capitol Hill hearing on the matter, that is in the neighborhood of 300 billion dollars a year, let alone the freedom of real people, like you, reading journalism that is not beholden to anyone, or anything, certainly not any advertisers, thus, has no ‘Angle’ and can bring the FACTS, while leaving the interpretation up to the only person that matters, i.e. the reader, YOU!, defining what journalism was, is and will be again. This is the final hurdle, in the eyes of the plutocratic vision, an Orwellian vision at that, that must be navigated if ‘total domination’ is to be realized. Although I would not hold my breath, for that genie has already left the bottle, the station, the barn, and he ‘ain’t comin’ back to do any more slave labor, feel “lucky” to be doing so and live in fear of your sorry, sad, plutocratic a$$, feeling more like a hostage than a human being, while the top one tenth of the top one percent live like Kings and Queens, instructing their banks to keep foreclosing on U.S. military veterans, like Bank of America, well done boys!, just one example of the many this reporter, among thousands just like me, has filed, written and will publish soon just to, you know, keep “y’all” honest, as you attempt to hijack the last line of defense against all out tyranny, FREE SPEECH! FU! The last time I checked, this country was built on the premise of freedom, and yet, ironically, that freedom has been chipped away to the point where the Almighty dollar has become more important than the God these people claim to follow in what they would like to become a national religion–namely “Christianity”… the irony just drips off the bone does it not? What part of the simple words Jesus himself uttered over 2011 years ago, “you cannot serve two masters”, did they not understand? Gotta love that “Christianity” doncha? It is the best religion, for you can truly be a lying, hypocritical, greedy bastard six days of the week, yet, on Sunday, you can put on your best clothes, clothes that were made in some sweat shop in Taiwan, and sing ‘God’s’ praises, telling the world just how much you love ‘him’, while you ‘forgive’/ hate those tree huggin’, liberal, book learnin’, filthy, hippy bastards, “testifying” with that inner ‘knowingness’ that not only are you ‘right’, but, moreover, actually ‘helping’ your brothers and sisters who have next to nothing now, thanks to a sick system designed by, oh yeah, YOU, destroying education, polluting our environment, deregulating our once proud financial institutions, and finally destroying a Divinely inspired democracy, created by some great guys and gals, over 237 years ago, by allowing money to circumvent the notion of “In God WE TRUST”… Have a great day folks, dodging those rain drops if you will, as you hopefully also dodge those wooden nickles offered up by the likes of FOX NEWS and all of that fantastic ‘journalism’ going on over there.
