Moonlight Ride…

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 9:22 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the sunny, brisk, beautiful, quite windy island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on this ‘wonderful day in the neighborhood’ (credit: Fred Rogers), The Sixteenth Day of April, 2016, Saturday morning ‘down on the docks’ of historic Hyannis Harbor; ghosts wandering ancient, lonely, barren paths of winter’s low lit light are giving way to vehicles with license plates reading “The Empire State”, or “The Green Mountain State”, or “Colorful Colorado”; clear and present flags summer is right around the corner, so come on down and pay US a visit!

We will, as always, leave that Light on for ya!

A simple wish within a random ‘message in a bottle’ that you will someday get an opportunity to witness a silent sunset on Madakat, walk shallow waters surrounding endless beaches in Dennis, eat raw oysters and drink a beer at Hyannis Harbor’s Hyline Ferries awaiting ‘the Grey Lady’, ride a bike along Cape Cod National Seashore from Truro to Provincetown, as you drift with the shifting sands over Route 6 heading North into the Moonlight, awakening the next day to fish off of Monomoy, taking a Striper or two home for the memory.

Think about it…

PRESERVE THE WILDERNESS! Peace~M
