Moon over Faith

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 10:19 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the beautifully, cool, sunny, refreshing island of Nantucket! Great to be back with you in the a.m., the eighth day of February, 2012, a cool one on Cape, as you look above at the full moon that was still visible earlier this morning over at “Faith Hill”, the 17 foot above sea level Lifeguard house that keeps an eye on all of the good people from all over who enjoy the beautiful beaches around Cape Cod and the islands every year, this one, of course, is at Dowses Beach, here in Osterville, the tiny, tiny town only a mere football toss from where our thirty-fifth President of the United States, Mr. Jack Kennedy and his beautiful wife Jackie lived, Hyannis Port not to mention an extended family that included a father who was a movie mogul and entrepreneur, a U.S. Attorney General and a woman who helped take out the horrible word ‘retarded’ and replace it with either physically challenged, mentally challenged, socially, or all three at once, creating the Special Olympics to boot.  There is a certain TRUTH that is being yearned for by the public at large today, even as I write these words, something one cannot seem to put a finger on, however, it is palatable nonetheless.  Gone are the days when your words can’t come back (”let’s go the videotape!”) to haunt you, is that not right Mr. Romney?  So, my advice to you is to GET REAL and stick to WHO you are, because the social media that exists today can sea through ANY horse$hit you or your super pacs wish to throw out there…one ‘super political action committee’ at a time, and as far as our fine President feeling the need to utilize this odorous decision by the Supreme Court in 2010, “Citizens United”, allowing huge amounts of secret monies, foreign and domestic, via the logic “corporations are people too” (credit former Massachusetts Governor Mitt, “I also enjoy firing people”, Romney), to flow into the political system, yes, as far as that is concerned, he has every right to play the same game until that game is AMENDED Constitutionally.  For it would be like playing in the Super Bowl without a helmet or shoulder pads, while the other team gets all the Gatorade, warming gear and food it needs to ‘win the game’, or ‘take America back’, an ironic sentiment if I have ever heard one guys…! Congratulations on your win in Colorado Rick!  Have a nice day and keep ahead of the poisonous ‘fair and balanced’ propaganda outlets, side effects still include upset stomach, headache, hot flashes, cold sweats, blurred vision, nausea, and that real need to jump off the nearest bridge, although that can be alleviated by learning some TRUTH about the matter from say a Current TV. (such as “Countdown, with Keith Olbermann”, airing every week night, 8 p.m., eastern, re-airing again at 11 p.m., 2 a.m., 7 a.m., and noon the next day)…I highly recommend catching that wave of TRUTH.   PRESERVE THE WILDERNESS! Peace~M
