“Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 8:45 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the partly cloudy, breezy, bountiful, beautiful island of Nantucket! Great to be with you and yours on another Monday morning, The Twenty-Ninth Day of August, 2016, shaping up to be yet another awesome beach day for those fortunate enough to still be on these magical shores. People from all over the world, France, Spain, China, you name it…, some visiting, vacationing, or simply living. For just because the summer may be winding down for this season, please keep in mind that every season is special in a land created by nature’s power 11,500 years ago; the great sheets of ice that once covered much of North America retreated forever, leaving this enchanted “property” behind.  Mother Gaia at her best indeed.  So plan your Christmas Stroll on that fabled isle of Nantucket; a ‘far away island’ the Wampanoag coined so many moons ago…

You won’t regret it!

In the immortal words of Mathew Broderick, starring the aforementioned film captioned in the title above, circa 1986,

“Life moves pretty fast.  If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

Have a great week ahead ALL!

PRESERVE THE WILDERNESS! Peace~M
