Ever Calm
Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the soft skied, cold, quiet and ever calm island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on this Sixth Day of March, 2016, ten a.m. on a Sunday in these here parts of Historic Hyannis/Hyannis Port… A place that must be visited, or better yet, lived in to really believe.

Yeah, it’s been a bad day, please don’t take my picture, NBC camera guy, oh, it’s an old line from R.E.M., don’t worry about it, but seriously, this has been a tough week. These illuminate political operatives are monsters, they don’t like me one bit. In fact, I think I might just $hitcan this whole thing and go back to “The Apprentice”, ‘get my old job back at the taxi company’ so to speak, you know, the New York way. Hey oooohhhh! I don’t know, this I know, I have been reading a lot of information that has turned this whole thing on it’s head, I mean, this is not ‘your grand father’s GOP if I can steal a line from some obscure and irrelevant author, yeah, this is not as fun as I thought it would be. Gee z. These people are vicious, and they usually get what they want. And that ain’t me, that I can tell you Casey. Hey, can you tell Megan I’m sorry about the low blows. She didn’t deserve that. Come to think about it, apologize to Rosey O’Donnell too. What is happening to me? Feelings. Who knew? Yeah, I think I might just let the barracudas take this one, ’cause quite frankly, with what is coming, I don’t think I’m up for it… I think LOVE, real JOY and Peace with your fellow man, especially with those you really care about, well, that’s just a little more important, wait, say it with me Casey, “…at the end of the day!” Alright! This has been a real pleasure. Too bad I have to go on that other network in a few minutes, so for now, take care, and good luck to you. I know you were covering ‘datt wonderful Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders who may or may not take it all the way to the Democrat Convention, but he gave it a real “UVM” try… ‘dats for sure!
