“…dark side of the moon.”

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 7:27 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the golden sun it, clear azure sky led, calm, mild, serene island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on a beautiful Tuesday morning, The Fourteenth Day of April, 2020, quiet a contrast to yesterday’s wild storm that powerfully ripped through the region with authority, leaving behind no prisoners.

Just like “Trump’s Trash Talk Happy Hour”, the broadly televised, nauseating White House press briefings, where fact has become fiction and fiction has become fact. TV is the new alternative reality.  Lo, embrace a daily dose of “The Donald” most reporters must endure as they are belittled by a man whose calling was mixed up in the mire, as he most certainly is more suited to be a janitor at a rural church than to be the leader of the free world.  His illusions and sad delusions are far and wide, deep and dark, for here we have a man who ‘thinks’ he is the King of this great Republic, when in reality, is just a puppet on a string.

Answering only to the real powers behind the scenes who are using him as the great diversion to mask what may come next…

If they have their way.

Witnessing these ‘press briefings’ is akin to dropping some acid in Boulder and then attending a ‘Brit Floyd’ show at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado. Sure, you may be tripping your a$$ off, but you have to admit, you can’t beat that sweet, sultry sound!

“You are a fake, you are fake news.”

Mr. President, we can all agree to some degree on the validity/credibility of many so called news outlets, i.e. Fox News, what with the cookie cutter scripts and all. But for God’s sakes man, have some dignity and respect for this office that once was considered sacred and to some degree Holy.

Can you imagine OUR 35th U.S. President John F. Kennedy standing at the small White House press room podium in this year 2020, intently listening to him berate reporters because he didn’t have a credible answer to their important queries?  Going so far as to call them ‘nasty’ and such? Unbecoming does not do it justice.

No, you could not.

People’s lives are not fake, nor is the substance of these questions brought forth by your insistence to be on stage so you can reap the rewards of good ratings.

Ratings?

Really?

So take another hit of ‘dat phat “Sunshine Splash” and get off your high horse!  Mello out man!  Fly back to Mar a Lago and play some golf.

WE all will have a better day!

“…I’ll meet you on the dark side of the moon!”

Enjoy!

PRESERVE THE WILDERNESS! Peace~M
