“CNN Syndrome”
Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the Golden Sun drenched, mild, Magnificent island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on this glorious Tuesday, The Second Day of February, 2016, coming to you LIVE once again from the historically famous Hyannis Harbor, ‘down on the docks’ as it were, and what a day it is on this little sand bar created 11,500 years ago by ‘The Last Great Ice Age’…

- The ducks you SEA above deck mirror much of what we are now witnessing in this great Republic of OURS in the early part of this most exciting year of 2016 (not to mention the World at large…). A young country milling about in a fog, unaware that they may be in for some rough weather in the not too distant future, and we are not just speaking meteorologic metaphors folks!… Holy Ghost! Sorry Al! For it is quite clear (or unclear as the case may be), much of what–at least what this reporter ‘grew up’ with in the ‘Sixties and ‘Seventies, and early ‘Eighties–WE, here in the good ‘ole US of A, ‘thought’ was solid and ‘Indivisible’ in all those ’sacred’ Institutions that govern much of what we all eat, breathe, think and to a large degree feel, was largely overtaken by powers with other intentions in mind many, many moons ago…
- Democracy, with that little letter d‘, is no longer an illusion that can be considered credible, if an illusion could be in the first place. Lo, most never grasping the fact that this great land had been hijacked long ago, perhaps well before the year of 1965. Thus, the results are evident if one simply turns on the ‘new age’ electronic forms of entertainment/”news” “programs”, a.k.a., mass emotional/desensitizing programming, MK Ultra style! Chalk full of subliminal messaging boy! Come on in and get you some while it’s still hot!
Gone are the ways of poets and critical thought. Gone is the free spirit of men’s dreams… Gone is the way of the Wild Mustang…
Look deep within, in a quiet place where there are no distractions. Quiet the Mind. Meditate. The answers will come if one’s own house is in order…
