An American Classic

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 9:57 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the sunny, beautiful island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on this Tuesday morning, the fourteenth day of August, 2012, another stunner on Cape and the Islands, and as we all wind down our summer fun and all get ready for the change of seasons that happen in New England every year I am reminded of my own gratitude for living in such a wonderful part of this grand nation.  Every year, and every season, brings new life, new hope to whatever or whoever you are, be it rich, be it poor, be it black, be it white, or be it a young man with an Indian head dress during this 2012 Cotuit, ‘where the ocean meets the wood’, July 4th Parade.  Yes a ‘traditional’ Indian head dress in the background to a classic, an American classic motor vehicle–the 1962 Shelby Cobra–made, of course by the great Ford Motor Company out of Detroit, Michigan.  There are so many items on the agenda today that it is difficult to keep them all straight, save this–in this pivotal upcoming election on November the sixth, 2012, where the choice between the candidates is so clear, ask yourself a simple question, this question, and perhaps this only…who is for the PEOPLE and who is for the PROFIT? Have a nice day and we will, God willing, SEA you here tomorrow, same bat time, same bat channel! PRESERVE THE WILDERNESS! Peace~M
