A Winter’s Day…

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 10:28 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the cloudy, rather balmy, quiet island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on this 29th day of January, 2016.  A Friday to be sure, coming to you LIVE from ‘down on the docks’ of The Historic Hyannis Harbor and the haunted homes of Hyannis Port. Where, on this silent Winter morn, Jack is busy trying to figure out which of the outstanding GOP candidates to throw his support behind, ’cause after last night’s FOX debate, devoid of ‘the Donald’, he is more confused than ever, and torn, boy is he torn.  So many good choices!  Who should I pick? On the one hand, you’ve got your establishment, and on the other, you got your ‘outsider’s’, or coined as such by the bought and sold mouthpieces taken as ‘journalists’ these days…

The circus goes on.

Per the much, much greater design unbeknownst to all the dummies tuning into any number of propaganda ‘news’ outlets, all owned by a handful of “men behind the curtain“, yes, per that occult hopeful fruition there may be many changes a foot.  Some that will come as a great surprise to those who have had their collective heads in the collective sands of OUR ‘time’ for far too long.  Blind sheep, sadly, going about rather aimlessly on a fragile and beautiful plane of existence we all call EARTH.

One of those changes will hopefully be a happy one, for Mother Gaia, and that is the return to reason when it comes to the importance of Nature–The Wilderness!–and all of the Balance therein.  Balance that restores one to the place he or she belongs.  Away from the things of man.  The ’smart’ phone is just the tip of the iceberg of technological leaps that man has yet to make.  However, those leaps are not as quantum as those taken in another dimension and far less costly to the soul in the long run.  The best medicine is found in that untamed and unadulterated Wild.

So Donald called in the debate!  Good for him!  It’s just like every day on ABC’s ‘Good Morning America!’ One would be wise to look beyond American politics though, for it is an institution that has clearly gone off the rails. There is little in the way of answers there.  For ‘at the end of the day’, remembering what it is still like to be human, and that paramount memory of wholeness will be much, much more important.

Tasting the goodness of food that is still unadulterated.  Feeling the warmth of the winter’s sun–on this Winter’s day–and in that warmness, feeling the gratitude of just being alive. Hearing the sound of children’s laughter, as that spirit of Lela, or play, brings you back to when things were just a tad simpler and you gave yourself permission to do just that, play and laugh, in fact, you didn’t even ‘think about it’ did you?  And thus hear your own mind (and it is your mind after all), free itself from the bondage of that man made ’self’ that was created and not even you in the first place!  Smelling that salt air when you visit Cape Cod again, bringing back all kinds of memories you may have forgotten and thus all of the good feelings therein.  A finally SEA-ing just how good it all really is. This world is still a beautiful place, full of heroism, love, joy, harmony, tranquility, honor, Ecstasy, wonder and unbounded freedom if one only takes the ‘time’ to stop the mind’s incessant ‘thinking’ process–obsessive thinking we have all become addicted to–and just BE.

The World is hungry for something.  Perhaps it’s just that.

Have a great week end folks!

Engineering Consent

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 10:41 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the Golden sun drenched, cold, bright blue skied island of Nantucket! Great to be with you this 25th day of January, 2016.  A Monday morning as lit up as this humble reporter has ever seen it on a little sand bar created 11,500 years ago by “The Last Great Ice Age”…

Of course, the snows came as predicted, with a little over 15 inches falling in Falmouth.  The storm has come and passed and like everything in life, the event in now water under the bridge, frozen though it may still be.  Taking a silent walk yesterday in the peace that is a winter Sunday morning, ‘down on the docks’ of historic Hyannis’ inner harbor, I pondered the state of this human race and wondered aloud, ‘is there any room left for the only thing that matters in this short life–LOVE?’ A duck ‘above deck’ on that journey in ‘time’, stares defiantly ahead, as if to say, “…this is my dock, and like my dreams, it is laid out at your feet, please tread lightly.”

That sentiment is not echoed in today’s “America”; a country, now ‘homeland’ that would be hardly recognizable to my beloved Grandparents who have passed this earthly plane to a reality that must be far, far, far better than the one we are ALL living today.  And like a bad (and they are all bad), “episode” on NBC’s “The Today Show” (starring Al, “Holy Ghost”, Roker! who will not be receiving any Holy Communion any time soon, lest the ’station’ brings along an exorcist who will be needed to bring Al back from the abyss of a 5th dimensional detour…), the daily dose of nonsense is shoveled into the masses minds, hearts and souls with no consciousness, leaving most hungry, angry, resentful, fearful and devoid of any and all hope…

Beam me up Spock!

In the historic year of 1983 (the year this reporter graduated from high school in England), there were 50 companies vying for the attention of the information consuming American mind.  Today, there are six.  GE (NBC, Universal, Comcast), NewsCorp (Fox, Wall Street Journal, New York Post, countless Australian & British periodicals…), Disney (ABC, ESPN, Pixar, Miramax, Marvel Studios), Viacom (MTV, Nick Jr., BET, CMT, Paramount Pictures), Time Warner (CNN, HBO, Time, Warner Brothers), CBS (Showtime, Smithsonian, NFL.com, “60 Minutes”), make up the “Usual Suspects” (credit the film of the same name, circa 1995), of today’s Joseph Goebbel’s ‘remake’ of late 1930’s German propaganda engineered to capture the masses’ consent.

And thus the blind eye to inhuman atrocities therein…

The creation of apathy and appeasement, of silence and sleep, of stupidity and sloth is the primary purpose of these maniacal, sophisticated hypnotists, lo, illusianists, magicians, snake oil salesmen and women!  Liars all who apply a healthy dose of Bernay’s sauce.  In the tradition of that genius public relations guru, it is employed to sway the masses, thereby conforming that unstable and ill informed “will” to the will of the real rulers of today…

However, there is a choice.  Step outside of your box, outside of your simple ‘thinking’, and SEA that you are not alone and connected to everything that is. Get out of your comfort zone and take a walk in the Wilderness.  Finding a few answers on the smile of a duck you may meet along the way.  Much more entertaining and better for one’s health than subjecting oneself to the psychological cage of a programmed and Geo-socially engineered idiot box!

Have a prosperous, peaceful and protected week ahead!  AHOY!

Baltic Dry

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 6:49 pm

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the sunny, windy, (not a cloud in the sky kind of day), quite cold island of Nantucket! Great to be with you on this glorious Thursday evening, the 21st day of January, 2016, coming to you LIVE once again at dusk ‘down on the docks’, of Historic Hyannis Harbor, just a sippin’ me coffee and wondering what will be the next fun fact that will just slip the mind of the corporate owned (and controlled!  Just ask Rupert, he’ll tell ya!) media, who are doing a bang up job of keeping the American people entertained whilst the world goes up in flames all around them…

But who cares?  We got Netflix!  Really, let’s just make sure to tune in to the next US presidential debate and listen to the news gal speak with fork-ed tongue.  One thing is for sure, it’s a hoot!

“…and chalk full of all that useless, mindless, scripted nonsense that we all have become so accustomed to!  Sounds like a whole boat load of fun hon, although that Bernie Sanders from Vermont is a fire cracker, I kinda like him, he really tells it like it is, you know, Walter Cronkite style like we used to get the news!  I’d equate him as the anti-Sarah Palin if you will, heck fire, I could be a pundit!”  “What do you think hon? I could couldn’t I?  Give that Rachel Maddow a run for her money and all!”

“You could not honey pie, they would laugh you out right on out of that there fancy New York City studio!  You don’t even own a cell phone you old ghost!”

The trick is to think (but not act!  Or you might get arrested!), like a plutocrat.  For you know that the cash you put out on that pony will pay off eventually.  In that club, it’s scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours…

Make no mistake about it.  There are no mistakes.

The goings on in this World of ours–as well as in this young adolescent country, a nation entering it’s adolescent years in the early portion of this current 21st Century–is enough to make one grateful he picked history as his major at college in Vermont.  Earning a A average…  Indeed, unless one is daft, he or she must sense, you know, feel, taste, smell, hear and SEA that the music is getting faster and faster as the days (and nights) speed up right in tune, lo, it is as if there is a great Awaking happening simultaneously with a new world dimension coming in the form of an agenda coded 21…

Add to that some heavenly fodder and you got yourself a perfect storm!  Speaking of storms, what’s up with the BDI? As in Baltic Dry?  Is it time to fly?  Are they high?

Have a pleasant evening…

Desperado…

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 10:12 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the sunny, frigid, windy island of Nantucket! Golden sunshine greets ALL here this bright morning on a little sand bar created 11,500 years ago by ‘the Last Great Ice Age’.  Gently welcoming young and old alike in a somber ballad. LIVE on this Tuesday, The Nineteenth Day of January, 2016, as the world says goodbye to yet another great artist that shaped many of OUR lives, this humble reporter included.

Lo, Glenn Frey, singer, song-writer, guitarist, actor, founding member of the rock band “The Eagles”, passed away yesterday at the age of 67 in New York City.  Born in Detroit, Michigan in 1948, Glenn was introduced and mentored early in his career by none other than the great Bob Seger, who played back up for Glenn’s first big hit, “Ramlin’, Gamblin’ Man”, launching what would be a celebrated and cherished life well spent, one that gave hope and heart to many music lovers from Malibu to Montana, Newport Beach to Newport, Rhode Island…

Some of his hit songs included (but not limited to!): “Hotel California”, “New Kid in Town”, Tequila Sunrise”, “Already Gone”, “Heartache Tonight”, “Lyin’ Eyes”, “The Heat is On”, and on and on… The raw sound of the band defined the state (of mind), California, and ‘required listening’ on the classic rock sound scene in the latter half of the 20th Century and on into this current 21st Century…, with the lyrics of “…a young Midwestern boy on his own”, ringing true for this cowboy for many a decade now.  Of course, combine that with the the beautiful girl from that Golden state, California, “…with soft eyes, so innocent and blue”, “…he knew right then he was too far from home.”

Sums it up does it not?

God’s Speed Sir Glenn Frey! Please ask the Angels on High to send down a little help…

You know, for all us sinners down here on this silly little plane who did not get the memo regarding the whole point of life itself, beautifully stated on this epic song your pen wrote so many moons ago…

…Desperado, why don’t you come to your senses? Come down from your fences, open the gate. It may be raining, but there’s a rainbow above you…, you better let somebody love you…,

let somebody LOVE you…,

you better let somebody love you…,

before it’s too…,

late.”

“…write? write what?!”

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 4:23 pm

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun, surf and sky of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the wind/rain swept, relatively warm and rather depressing island of Nantucket! Great to be with you once again on a soggy Saturday afternoon–The Sixteenth Day of January, 2016–coming to you LIVE once again from Historic Hyannis Harbor, ‘down on the docks’ as it were, or is…

This humble? reporter only makes that crack about his favorite island in the Atlantic because he knows first hand what it’s really like on that lonely rock 27 miles out in the Atlantic, especially in the winter months of January and February….

When I first had the notion of being a writer, “…write?  write what?!” (credit the film “Burn After Reading”, circa 2008; starring, not in any particular order, Frances McDormand, John Malkovich, Tilda Swinton, George Clooney, Brad Pitt), I landed on Nantucket by chance and took a ’sabbatical’ if you will, not by choice mind you, as I was, “in between assignments” (the corporate “employee benefit” world that is, take it easy man…), and thus jumped at the opportunity to live on that fairy tale of an island for a few months–November of 1997 to February of 1998. The name of the game on Nantucket is tourism and land, some boats thrown in for good measure, and in the winter months, it is quite bleak.  With the population dwindling down from close to 100,000 in peak summer months to less than 10,000 when the sun is low in the sky, the only social outlets are bars and restaurants, and those are far and few in  between.  Therefore, one must possess a great deal of discipline if one is to really get any writing done at all;

assuming one can write to begin with…

That long, sometimes lonely winter was one where that question above could only be ventured now, as it is with most things in life.  Everything looks better or can be comprehended fully from the benefit of 20/20 hindsight vision!  What we SEA presently with OUR limited physical sight is not always what it appears to be!

Have a nice rest of your week end!

Preditive Programming…

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 11:25 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the sunny, cold, calm island of Nantucket! Good to with you once again on this Tuesday, The Twelfth Day of January, 2016.  It is 10 a.m. sharp, and we are coming to you LIVE once again ‘down on the docks’ of historic Hyannis Harbor. A quiet start to the day on this quaint Waterfront and as the ‘earth spins’ on it’s axis, the ‘plans’ of man continue to unfold right in front of OUR collective EYE.

Predictions for this young year of 2016 abound, and if one has effectively $hit canned the corporate propaganda ‘news’ stations once and for all (along with all of the predictive programming emanating out of what Hollywood has devolved into sadly), one is left with “books” or the Internet for one’s latest story of interest or factual Knowledge therein…  Many books have been banned/burned of late, notably those that endorse freeing one’s Mind from the sordid Luciferian hor$e$hit being peddled today en masse, via a sophisticated electronic system that keeps one enslaved in it’s eternal grip.

But what of it?

Joy, Peace, Harmony, Love, Compassion, Courage, Integrity, POWER; all come from within and can be rediscovered/reborn through the yoga of mediation.  Bringing about an ‘ever elusive’ (and quiet profitable!) place: ‘Equanimity, Peace of Mind’…

These highest levels of emotional state humans feel cannot be purchased through mindless consumption.  The whole premise of OUR so called society.  WE are ALL connected to this Earth and are precious beyond our comprehension.  So take heart America!  Things are not as grim as ‘the Brothers Grimm’ make it out to be!

Have a nice week ahead!  AHOY!

“All the way to Reno…”

Filed under: Blog — Michael @ 10:51 am

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the Golden Sun Laden Island of Nantucket!  Great to be with you on this amazing winter? day on little old Cape Cod, Thursday, January 7th, 2016.  A humble sand bar created 11,500 years ago by the Last Great Ice Age and truly considered the birthplace of a Republic coined the United States of America!

Welcome to 2016!  Coming to you LIVE from ‘down on the docks’ of historic Hyannis Harbor, where, according to our pal from the great state of Alaska, and I quote from an old NBC interview with Brian Williams, “..Yeah, Brian, may I call you Brian?, no, Mr. Williams? OK, yeah, ‘dat old Paul Revere was somethin’ he was!  You know ‘dat time when it was said he saddled up his pony and hauled a$$ up to Boston? Then grabbed some lanterns, a shot gun, a bottle of whiskey and giddy upped to Lexington to warn them Americans that the British were a coming!  Yes, indeed(e), he was getting off spectacular hip shots riding that pony as hard as he would go, yeah, then he rang that victory bell and lit up all them lights, waking people up left and right, yeah, he was quite a hero!, yes indeed(e) he was, where have all the cowboys gone?”

Give it up for the precious and much needed comic sylings of Sarah Palin, avid outdoors woman and famous helicopter wolf killer, someone much missed in this sad little horse race/reality TV show/grand distraction called the 2016 U.S. presidential race. However, nature abhors a vacuum, hence Donald, “get him the hell out of here!”, Trump, who is not only as funny as Sarah, but brings the same zany ideas to the ever more dysfunctional picnic.  An insane spectacle broadcasted 24/7, brought to you by Monsanto and Friends, wink wink, nudge, nudge!, carefully designed to keep the sheep hypnotized with bright shiny objects whilst the REAL world moves on…

“…all the way to Reno”

moment’s presence.

Greetings and salutations from the sand, sun and surf of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the cool, cloudy, snowy island of Nantucket! Good to be with you on this Monday morning, The Fourth Day of January, 2016!  Happy New Year! I am sure it will be one for the record books.  Regardless of if you are homeless or a member of the Rothschild family.

Look to March/April for answers.  More will be revealed!

One fine point remains clear however.  Get right with your Maker soon.  The Divine Creator, not Apple.  For regardless of what happens next, be it World War III, more ‘terrorist’ attacks, geoengineering gone a muck– i.e. the under-appreciated heavy metal rock band “Aluminum, Barium & Strontium”! (playing all your favorites from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and, ah, um, er, well that’s when the music died folks…)–or an interesting get together with the Celestial, one thing is for sure, you may need a diaper when it is all over!  A once in a 3600 year event, one that will involve shifts of both the Polar and Consciousness variety alike.

It seems the only thing one can do is enjoy every moment on this little blue rock humans call Earth.

For yesterday is history, and tomorrow a mystery…

This present MOMENT is all WE really have.

Gaia is a living breathing being in and of herself.  She, as prophesied in the Bible, will be going through violent birthing/labor pain and much tribulation will ensue over the next little while.  So hang on to your hats folks!  And buckle them seat belts!  2016 will be one heck of a ride~

“Heck of a Day at SEA sir!”

Have a great year ahead and stay safe America!  May the real Force be with you and yours!
